Hi. I’m Lavonne Scott, and I am here to make your next event a unique, memorable adventure.
I discovered my passion for entertaining somewhere along the way of going from making 2 ingredient blah meals in college to experimenting with ingredients to make more vibrant, exciting meals. When my friends started to compliment me on what I had to offer I started to take notice. I discovered that not only did I love cooking, but I thrived on the challenge of making the lunch and dinner parties I held for friends an experience every time.
I grew up in Central Oregon where I developed my rustic, but elegant aesthetic. After high school, I moved around till I landed in Las Vegas where I learned what personalized service should be while working in higher end restaurants to support my education. Lavonne’s current adventure is living and entertaining her friends and family on a sailboat.
After mastering the art of entertaining as an experience, I started Sage Bleu Catering, where we wow our clients and their guests with themed menus, personalized décor, handcrafted drink mixers for cocktails, and a unique, creative ambience that makes our events an adventure. Our meticulous planning and personalized attention will ensure your event, complete with locally-grown, seasonally fresh ingredients, will be an experience to remember.
It takes a very meticulous individual to put a dinner party or gathering together, she won’t let any aspect fall by the way side. Will always be extremely organized and strive to get the planning right the first time at the best possible price while customizing a menu that fits your needs and budget. It could be an intimate dinner party or a corporate, social gathering, shower, birthday’s, anniversary’s, or just because.
