Hi. I’m Lavonne, and Sage Bleu is here to make your next event a unique, memorable adventure.

It takes a very meticulous individual to put a dinner party or gathering together, we won’t let any aspect fall by the way side.  Our meticulous planning and personalized attention will ensure your event, complete with locally-grown, seasonally fresh ingredients will be an experience to remember.

Sage Bleu will always be extremely organized and strive to get the planning right the first time at the best possible price while customizing a menu that fits your needs and budget.  It could be an intimate dinner party or a corporate, social gathering, shower, birthday’s, anniversary’s, Celebration of Life or just because.  

Growing up in beautiful Central Oregon Lavonne developed a rustic, but elegant aesthetic that shows in her presentation from time to time.  Spending many years in Las Vegas working in high end restaurants she really got to know what personalized customer service was, which is something that she pride’s herself on today with each and every client.

While living on a sailboat in sunny San Diego for 18 months, Lavonne learned how to make elaborate meals in a galley while on the water and decided that life was too short to be at a desk, so she started Sage Bleu. We are fully licensed and insured so can accommodate for any event space or venue.
