Hi. I’m Lavonne, and I am here to make your next event a unique, memorable adventure.

I discovered my passion for entertaining somewhere along the way of going from making 2 ingredient blah meals in college to experimenting with ingredients to make more vibrant, exciting meals. When my friends started to compliment me on what I had to offer I started to take notice.  I discovered that not only did I love cooking, but I thrived on the challenge of making the lunch and dinner parties I held for friends an experience every time which I continue to do today.

Growing up in beautiful Central Oregon I developed a rustic, but elegant aesthetic that shows in my presentation from time to time.  Spending many years in Las Vegas working in high end restaurants I really got to know what personalized customer service was, which is something that I pride myself on today.   While living on a sailboat in sunny San Diego for 18 months, I learned how to make elaborate meals in a galley while on the water and decided that life was too short to be at a desk, so I started Sage Bleu. We are fully licensed and insured so can accommodate for any event space or venue.
