For this company retreat, we traveled down the Oregon Coast for two back-to-back private dinners, creating an experience that brought everyone together after a full day of exploring.
We created a different menu for each evening, and this fresh Caprese was one of our favorite dishes to serve. It’s a great example of how simple, quality ingredients can make a meal feel a little more special.
